In the fall of 2016 we decided to move from our small rural acreage where we had lived for 11 years to a home in town, for greater convenience and less maintenance requirements. In calling to inquire about a listing, we were so very fortunate to connect with Kim Foster. Kim is a very perceptive person, really cares about her clients, and after visiting with us while showing that first home, she reviewed available listings and came up with a home that was just perfect for us. We would never have found it ourselves. We immediately bought that home, since nice properties were selling so fast in our area! With Kim's extensive experience in Real Estate, Banking, and Mortgage lending she made the whole buying experience go quickly and easily to completion. We then listed our existing property with Kim, and she did a masterful job of advertising and marketing that home through newspaper and shopper ads, MLS, social media, an open house, etc. By then we were going into the winter, not the best time for selling homes, but with Kim's efforts we continued to have a lot of interest in the home and many showings. It took awhile for the right buyer to come along since it was a rather unique property, but when they did, EVERY detail and requirement to complete the sale was handled absolutely perfectly! Kim is so great in terms of communication, and she would always make sure we knew exactly what was going on. If ever any issue, complication, or question would arise, I always knew a call or text to Kim would be returned quickly. We so very much appreciated Kim's knowledge, judgement, advice, and especially her positive "can-do" personality throughout the entire experience of buying our 'new home' and selling our existing one. If you have a need for a truly excellent Realtor in buying or selling property, we are very pleased to say Kim Foster has definitely earned our highest recommendation!

My wife and and I are an older couple, living on a small rural acreage and decided to look for a home in town, for the greater convenience, less maintenance etc. . We were so very fortunate when I called to inquire about a listed property, and happened to reach Kim Foster. She showed us that home, which really wasn't a good fit for us, but she is a great listener and in conversation that day she was able to discover the most important things we were looking for in terms of location, price range, and design, and said she would look to see if there were other homes that we might like. In a couple of days she came up with two recommendations, one them which was a quite unique home we would never have found ourselves, being the perfect place for us. We have bought and sold eight homes in our moves around the country, so are not unfamiliar with the process, but with Kim's experience guiding us through the required steps this purchase was completed flawlessly and easily. Kim is a very hard worker, she's always available by phone, text, or email to answer questions and willingly goes beyond expectations on behalf of her clients. Her motivation is clearly to help you find the home you will love, and she really succeeded with us. We presently have a home listed for sale with Kim Foster, and can most confidently and enthusiastically recommend her to anyone who plans to buy or sell property in this area!

Very dedicated to her clients.She was very professional knew all the details of the paper work and you could tell she was working for you, she would also answer her phone and respond to text messages. I would highly recommend Kim to take care of all your real estate needs.
